The game started as part of the fanproject (@/HakazeGame) of a Visual Novel having Kaoru as lead back in 2019. However, this big project is still on hiatus and in March 2020 the writer for kaomika route (anakidd) decided to drop out and release her part standalone, since the script and art were done. The artist (kitkatwolfys) agred and then Sweet Wave was born!SW is focused in the unusual rarepair Kaoru/Mika and shows the development of their relationship during the spring, around graduation.The original 2019 script was reviewed to include the nuances of the recent timeline changes of !!, without diving deep into that, but enough to make sense in the current timeline.The game features 3 routes : 1 bad ending, 1 neutral ending and 1 good ending. It takes around 1-2 hours to complete it all, depending of how fast you read.And finally, the release date was chosen to be part of celebration of 5 whole years of Ensemble Stars and the idols we love so much, source of a lot of inspiration!Thanks for your interest and please also support the original Hakaze Game Visual Novel when it comes out!CONTENT WARNINGS OF THE GAME
